Encryption in transit

All traffic to nomadrelocationco.com is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS), including every quote and contact form. We do not accept move details over unencrypted channels.

Payment data

Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. Card numbers never touch or persist on our servers.

Access control

Access to customer records is limited to the coordinators and office staff who need it to run your move, protected by unique accounts with strong authentication. Crew members receive only the job details needed for the day’s work.

Infrastructure

Our website and booking systems run on hardened, regularly patched servers with automated backups. Backups are encrypted and access-restricted. We log administrative access and review logs for anomalies.

Vendors

Service providers (payment, SMS/email delivery, analytics) are vetted for their own security practices and receive only the minimum data required to perform their function.

Incident response

If we ever determine that your personal information was involved in a security incident, we will notify you promptly as required by Massachusetts law (M.G.L. c. 93H) and describe what happened, what data was involved, and what we are doing about it.
