Nomad Relocation Co. (“Nomad,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use nomadrelocationco.com or book our moving services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, book a move, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email address, moving addresses, move date, inventory details, and any notes you add. If you book, we also collect billing information; payment card data is processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites we receive standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page — via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Preferences page). We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

  • To prepare your quote and perform your move — scheduling, crew dispatch, building COIs, elevator reservations, and delivery updates.
  • To communicate with you about your move by phone, text, or email.
  • To improve our website and services (aggregate analytics only).
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to licensed movers (MA DPU 25HG39 · USDOT 4574476 · MC 01820011).

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., payment processing, SMS delivery, vetted destination partners on long-distance moves) — each bound to use it solely for our engagement.

Retention

Move records are kept for as long as required by federal and Massachusetts carrier regulations, then deleted or anonymized. Quote requests that never become bookings are deleted within 24 months.

Your rights
